Brief backstory / Description of character
Miroslav Barnyashev, better known to wrestling fans as Rusev for many years, has had a rough career. Throughout his many years in the WWE he was held in high regard, that is until the boss got tired of his new play thing and tossed him to the side, never really giving him the chance to show what he was capable of. Greener pastures soon emerged after an untimely release from the then world's largest wrestling company, and he was given another opportunity to shine in the upstart AEW. Once more, however, the boss became tired of his new plaything and opportunities were no longer presented.

What could be better than being world famous and winning championships in every promotion you've ever been in? How about respect. How about being treated like a real star. These things made Miro bitter. His wife, the beautiful and intelligent CJ Perry, shared in his frustrations and encouraged Miro to give things one more try. Together, they aim to make the world see them as they should've been doing all along. His presence is undeniable to all, his skill unfathomable by his opponents, his strength unattainable to all who try. His house is nicer, his biceps bigger and his wife is hotter than anything you'll ever even attempt to imagine, yet it's still not enough. It's time to bow down and acknowledge him.
