Matt heads into the arena on the night of the PPV, he is stopped by a security guard who is a buff dude who looks like his old rival Sheamus.
Security Guard: Whoa, what are you doing back here, where's your ID?
Matt chuckles and keeps going
Matt : Good one.
Security Guard: No, I am serious. You don't look like you belong here.
Matt: I'm a wrestler, I work here.
Security Guard: You don't look like a wrestler, you're what 5'8 ?
Matt: I can prove it without ID. Take off your shirt.
Security Guard: Fine .
The security guard obliges and takes off his shirt real proud of his muscles.
Matt gives him a basic knife edge chop to the chest, the security guard seems to overreact. As he hisses in agony and clasps his arms over his chest. He puts his arm against the wall and drops to a knee to catch his breath.
The camera pans as he awkwardly can't hide it, the blood vessel burst and he is bleeding.
Matt walks on.

Matt Sydal backstage promo
Matt Sydal:
Football is a fantastic way to get into wrestling, it always has been. It actually has many ways to help you, if you are at an NFL or even college level you learn how to showboat , how to be charismatic , how to be a showman. And tackling helps you get ready to be hit. As a wrestler you have to like being hit, be able to take hits. There is always a little tension when there's someone from a sport as opposed to the indies making their way up and you can't count anyone out. The really tough thing is there isn't tape of my opponent out there, so either he's way too green still, which in it's self is an issue I came here to fight the best of the best, what's facing a guy who's green, who's easy to take it down, where's the fun in that? Well honestly it is fun but my point is , what are you truly gaining. I can take any schmuck from the street and chop em, their chest will bleed right away, the challenge is taking on someone bigger like my opponent is , taking them down. I expect a lot, I love Shinsuke Nakamura, but he rested on his laurels and I took advantage of that.
Matt Sydal:
I can be a mentor to this kid, like so many of my toughest opponents were for me. I know he's got an ego, you need that. That is actually a positive thing but I have so much I can teach him. I can help you open your third eye or I can just spin kick your head off.
It's your choice kid.
