Roleplay Deadlines
For Vegeance: Tuesday night 11:59 PST
For Storm: Friday night 11:59 PST
For PPV Shows: Depending on what night the show is, the night before at 11:59 PST
Roleplay Limits
For non-title standard singles matches: 1,500 words split up between 1 or 2 roleplays. I will leave the decision up to you, the writer on how you want to handle the 1,500 word limit for matches. If you want to write 1,000 words, wait for your opponent to respond / post and then use the next 500 in a reply to whatever they say, that’s up to you or any combination of words over 2 RPs that add up to 1,500. No more than 2 RPs posted for the 1,500 word limit though.
Standard tag team matches: 2,000 word limit over 1 or 2 roleplays. Just a slight increase for tag matches but the same rules apply that would for singles’ matches, just with a higher word count.
Singles and Tag Team Title Matches: 3,000 words over 1, 2 or 3 RPs. Again, totally up to the discretion of the writer(s) how they want to do their 3,000 words and how many RPs they want to do it in.
*Adjustments can be made to the word limit in a match as long as the change is agreed upon by both participants in the match. Whenever there is an agreed upon word limit raise, just let me know via message on the board that you’ve agreed to raise it.
Roster Application
You can apply as anyone throughout the history of professional wrestling that you want. Your character will be written in matches based on the age and current physical state that they are in right now. You can’t apply as a cryogenically frozen Ron Simmons from 1991 and him be like he was then, as awesome as that actually sounds. Deceased and injured (to the point of not being able to compete) wrestlers are off limits.
Roster Character Limits
There are no roster limits. If you feel compelled and have the ability and time to run a four person faction within WLCW, by all means, please do so. Know your limits though. Probably the strongest knowledge someone involved with an efed is knowing what they’re capable of producing within the deadlines and timelines of said fed. Look at the schedule and figure out what works best for you. Obviously, active feds with a multitude of characters is great a lot of fun, but don’t put yourself in a situation where you’re controlling multiple characters and only able to RP for one or two of them. A singles or tag team application is required before adding more characters. You may not just post an application for three or more people on your first application. Any questions or clarification on this, please message me.
