How long can you go without checking/unlocking your phone? Honestly?
Depending on the day, I can go my entire work shift. I don't use actual phone/text functions a ton, but I do use it as my watch, weather channel and web browser. lol. Makes it hard to avoid it completely.

I was not expecting this topic from the subject line. Brilliant. I'll take some credit for the setup on that one.

I check my cellphone often throughout the day, especially during my in-office days. It's less at home, but work will message me or call on my home office days. #funtimes

During my work week, I'm on my phone constantly from the time I get up 'til the time I go to bed. It's a constant source of anxiety. Over the weekend, I turn my ringer off and maybe look at it once in the morning and once at night.
