Ok, so again my list is likely to be heavily Joshi unless I separate these so...
My top few Western teams: 1. Hart Foundation 2. Harlem Heat 3. New Day
Top Joshi teams: 1. Neo Bishikigun - specifically Sakisama and Misao, they were absolute killers out there and watching their work now has inspired my playing Misao in that form. The current iteration with Mei Suruga.. er Mei St. Michelle is fun too. 2. Oedo Tai - favorite stable of all time, but for a team I'd go with Kagetsu/Hana Kimura. So much chemistry, very dominant as champs too. They look like they had lots of fun. 3. Thunder Rock - Io Shirai and pre Icon Mayu Iwatani, basically the Joshi equivalent of two man power trip. 4. Hyper Misao/Shoko Nakajima - they work so well together and are goofy fun.

1. Dudley Boys 2. Motor City Machine Guns 3. Hardy Boys 4. Edge & Christian 5. The Bar
I've seen very little wrestling before the year 2000 aside from some select matches I was interested in checking out, so this is very heavily influenced by the time period when I was first exposed to wrestling.

Strictly going by significance:
1. The Road Warriors 2. The New Age Outlaws 3. The Hardy Boyz 4. The New Day 5. The Young Bucks
For women, there's only one culturally significant tag team: 1. The Crush Gals
After that, hopefully history will look back fondly on The Golden Role Models (Sasha Banks & Bayley) for dragging the WWE women's division kicking and screaming through the early pandemic, appearing prominently across all three brands (when NXT mattered).

I'm a big tag wrestling fan, so cutting this list to 5 hurt so much I had to include an even longer "honorable mention" list afterwards. Also, have to say that #1 and ##2 are a tie, as are #3 and #4.
Midnight Express (Eaton & Lane) Four Horsemen/Brainbusters Harlem Heat Steiners Hart Foundation
(Honorable mentions: Young Bucks, Road Warriors, Hardy Boyz, Edge & Christian, FTR, Lucha Bros, Rock 'n' Roll Express)

Yeah, there's just no replacing or replicating the old Midnight Express from late 80s/early 90s WCW. Just incredible in the ring and on the mic. I think I got to the party a little too late on The Freebirds. By the time I really got into watching them, they were (more) annoying than fuck. I remember really being in to the Steiner Bros first WWF run in like 1993 or so.
1. Midnight Express 2. Lucha Bros 3. The Blu Brothers 4. High Energy 5. Tito Santana & Rick Martel (Strike Force)

I don't know how I forgot Lucha Bros, I love those guys and they're definitely in my top 5, just don't know who I would bump to include them.
